Stakeholder satisfaction survey

Engaging with our stakeholders is vital to the way we make strategic decisions in the business. It’s important to develop strong relationships with our stakeholders to support the ambitious plans we have for the North West, while continuing to provide the best possible service to all our customers.

What we heard

As part of planning for the future, our stakeholders challenged us to review the suite of measures used to evaluate the performance, future risks and opportunities of our stakeholder engagement programme.

What we did

We launched our first independent stakeholder satisfaction survey in December 2020. Following its success we have continued to carry out the survey on an annual basis. It provides a key input for measuring the quality of stakeholder relationships including overall satisfaction, future engagement preferences and areas for improvement. Results are shared with our stakeholders, colleagues, executive team and board and help us to continuously improve.
