We’re excited to be launching our Customer Voice feedback panel and we’re inviting you to take part to help to shape the experience and service our customers receive from us.
The online panel has been launched to gather valuable feedback, which we will use to shape how we engage with our customers and the service that we provide to them. Until the 25 January 2019 we will be inviting customers to sign up to the panel by completing a short form on our website. Everyone who signs up will go into a draw to win £100 in Amazon vouchers, with the winner being announced on the 31 January 2019.
We will start to survey people who have signed up to be on the Customer Voice feedback panel in January through to March by asking you to complete a short online survey to gather feedback about different pages of our website including the home page, live power cut information and the Priority Services Register pages. Surveys will be sent to you via the email address you provide during sign up.
We will randomly pick a winner from our customers who have signed up to the panel and complete the online survey to receive an iPad mini, so encourage your friends and family to get involved by asking them to complete this form! Our full terms and conditions can be found below.
