Graham has a strong background in customer service, joining ENWL in 2015 having worked in the utilities industry since 2007. During his time with the company Graham has worked in customer engagement and played a leading role in setting up and managing the Rising and Lateral Mains project, before becoming Design Manager in 2021. When not working, Graham is a running enthusiast and member of his local athletics club.

Matthew joined the company in 2005 shortly after graduating From The University of Manchester with a BA in Economics.  Throughout his career, he has always worked in the Connections team, starting with designing new domestic connections and progressing to larger sized Industrial, Commercial and Housing developments. During his early career Matthew gained qualifications in Electrical Engineering and in 2013 he took up a role as Design Manager and since then has been managing various teams involved in the Connections process.  Outside of work Matthew has a young daughter and is a keen golfer.

Chris joined Norweb as an apprentice electrician in 1989 within its contracting business. He has worked under several names for the company over his career, including United Utilities and ENWL designing simple to complex diversions/disconnection and unmetered supplies schemes for over 17 years, and now manages the team’.

Victoria joined ENWL in 2015, after completing a degree in English Literature at Royal Holloway, University of London. Subsequent to her joining the company, she has gained an HNC and HND in Electrical and Electronic Engineering and has worked as a design engineer on the HV, 33 and 132kV networks, and as Grid and Primary Programme Manager before taking on her current role as Major Projects Quotations Manager. Outside of work, Victoria volunteers with Brownie and Rainbow groups as part of the Girlguiding organisation and loves to travel.

Danielle joined the Infrastructure Solutions Support Team at ENWL in 2017, Prior to joining ENWL she worked across Commercial and Delivery Support Management roles within other Utility contracting and ICP providers contracted to ENW for ten years prior to this. In her current role Danielle manages the Quotation support team across Salford, Carlisle, and Preston. Outside of work Danielle is keen F1 fan.

Steffan joined ENWL in 2014 and before taking on his current Head of Connection Quotations role, headed up the Infrastructure Solutions team; responsible for the quotation and delivery of both customer driven Grid & Primary schemes and customer driven Asset Diversions. Before joining ENWL Steffan worked across many sectors of the contracting and utilities industry for 20 years; in Europe, Russia, the Middle East and Australia. Steffan is a Chartered Engineer and Member of the IET and outside of work is a Cadet Forces Adult Volunteer.
