Understanding your quote

Our non-domestic connection quotations provide two options as standard.

1. The first section outlines the cost for us to complete all of the works for you
2. The second section outlines the cost for us to complete only the non-contestable works.

The second option is typically cheaper, because it doesn't provide costs for all the work required for your connection. After receiving our quote you can contact an Independent Connections Provider (ICP) to ask them to quote for the remaining contestable work needed for your connection. You will need to make sure that the ICP you choose has the necessary accreditations to complete your work. Domestic connection quotations provide the first option only.

Once you have decided which option to take you will need to complete and return the acceptance form we provide in the quotation and arrange payment for the work we will complete for you (either all works or just non contestable).
