Our £2 billion investment in the North West

Our business plan outlines the £2 billion we plan to spend from 2023-2028 based on two years of engagement with 18,000 customers and stakeholders. Our headline commitments are:

  • Invest more than £1 million per day into the network
  • Reduce the time people are without power by 20%
  • Deliver at least 9/10 level of customer service.
