We use Rocket Science Group LLC, doing business as MailChimp (“MailChimp”), to provide us with services relating to email management, password reset functionality and certain other services in relation to you receiving email communications from us from time to time (“MailChimp Services”).  As part of the provision of the MailChimp Services, we need to transfer your data (but no sensitive personal data) to MailChimp, who is based in the United States.  We do, however, ensure (in accordance with the other provisions of this policy) that all steps reasonably necessary to ensure your data is transferred and processed securely are taken by both us and by MailChimp.  MailChimp only processes your data in order to provide the MailChimp Services and MailChimp will only contact you directly or share your data if required by law or should they be responding directly to you in relation to a communication or complaint that they receive from you.  If you would prefer that your data is not processed by MailChimp in this manner, please do not subscribe to our mailing lists. You can unsubscribe from a list by clicking the unsubscribe link in any of the emails sent.
