Audit and Compliance Committee
The Audit and Compliance Committee is an internal committee of the Board of Directors of Electricity North West Limited, with no executive powers, which was established for informative and consulting purposes and which has powers to advise and make proposals within its scope of activities and function as defined in accordance with the SP Electricity North West Governance and Sustainability System, in particular the Terms of Reference of the Audit and Compliance Committee.
