Meet our welfare team

Our welfare team was created to establish the best way to support our customers who need extra help. The team work closely with our operations teams during a power cut to ensure that vulnerable customers are kept informed and looked after until power is restored. In 2019 the welfare team supported around 60,000 customers during power cuts. If you think you could benefit from their support, please get in touch and join our priority services register. Or find out more by watching our video.
