Colleague Resource Groups
We have a number of colleague resource groups available to support women including menopause, women empowered, working parents and carers and LGBT+.
The groups are a safe space to share experiences and discuss ways of improving inclusion in the workplace and in our communities. Learn more about all the groups here.
Work/life balance
We have a number of policies which support a better work/life balance for women. This includes:
