Jayesh is a Chartered Engineer and energy and policy expert with over 25 years of experience in the UK and international energy sectors. As a Partner in consultancies including EY and Baringa, he has advised governments, regulators and companies on energy transition, regulatory reform, and price control. He has contributed to the design of the New Electricity Trading Arrangements and Elexon, and supported hydrogen economy and smart grid development across Europe.

Todd is a sustainability expert with over 30 years of experience in energy policy and programme design. He has led low-carbon strategy at Greater Manchester Combined Authority and The Growth Company, chaired ENWL’s Environment and Sustainability Panel, and previously served on the Customer Engagement Group and Independent Oversight Group. He is currently a member of the Independent Challenge Group for Affinity Water.

Dorcas is a leader in energy regulation, customer engagement and social impact, with over 30 years of experience. She serves on the Performance Assurance Board for the Retail Energy Code and has held senior roles at Ofgem and ELEXON. She has also advised Ofwat, water companies and consultancies on market reform and has a strong focus on equitable access to energy.

Alan is a former MP for Southampton Test (1997–2024) and a leading voice on UK energy policy. As Shadow Minister for Energy and Climate Change, he developed national energy policy and has chaired the Parliamentary Renewable and Sustainable Energy Group. He is currently a Board Advisor to Energy Systems Catapult and Chair of the Greenhouse Gas Removals Enquiry with the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero.

Emma is Chief Executive and Company Secretary of the North West Business Leadership Team. She has led major regional initiatives on sustainability, digital transformation and economic inclusion, including the Net Zero NW strategy and Made Smarter programme. She is a trustee at Best for Britain and a member of the House of Lords UK2070 Commission.

Jenny is a customer engagement and policy development expert based in Cumbria. She has over 15 years of experience in the energy sector, leading inclusive consultation work and supporting vulnerable communities. Jenny has chaired ENWL’s Customer and Vulnerability Panels and served on both the Customer Engagement Group and Independent Oversight Group.

Graeme is a senior regulatory economist with over 30 years of experience in the energy and utilities sectors. He has held executive leadership roles, including Executive Director at Dubai’s Regulatory & Supervisory Bureau and Director of Regulation at United Utilities. He has advised regulators and governments across the UK, UAE and GCC on market design, sustainability and performance.

Bamidele is a leading academic in energy systems, specialising in smart grids, clean energy and the Internet of Things. He leads the Smart Infrastructure and Industry Research Group at Manchester Metropolitan University, is a Fellow of the IET, and serves as Director at the African Hydrogen Partnership. He was awarded an MBE for his contributions to knowledge transfer and innovation.
