Family policies
Our family friendly policies support statutory benefits such as dependency, parental and carers leave benefits as well as offering competitive enhanced benefits.
We offer:
- 24 weeks paid leave for primary parental leave (Maternity)
- 4 weeks paid leave for secondary parental leave (Paternity) including 5 floating days to be used over the first year.
- 12 weeks phased return to work on full pay for parents who have been absent for more than 10 weeks.
- Up to 12 weeks paid leave for neonatal care, if your baby is born prematurely.
- Up to 10 paid appointments for fertility treatment per cycle, and no limit on the number of cycles this covers.
We also have a Working Parents and Carers colleague resource group that provides a supportive community.
