If you would prefer not to self-authorise, our training academy are happy to authorise your staff to access the network.
If you want us to authorise your staff please contact our training academy to discuss your needs and to apply for authorisation and any associated training. Call 0843 311 4747 and select training.
Our internal and external teams go through the same process and therefore you and your teams will be subject to the same processes and checks that apply to us. To find out more about how to apply, please read our training and authorisation guide.
Substation access
To access our substations you must first check you are suitably trained to do so and have applied for the keys.
To apply for keys to our substations please complete and return our substation access form.
Please note that we will check that you have the relevant level of competency and authorisation before issuing keys.
