Eastlands TfGM Bus EV – Hyde Road Depot Frequently asked questions
We’re upgrading the electricity network in the Eastlands area to support Transport for Greater Manchester’s (TfGM) electric bus charging infrastructure at Hyde Road Depot. The work also enables future network growth for local homes and businesses.
This project supports Greater Manchester’s clean air and net zero ambitions by enabling electric bus services. It also strengthens the network to meet growing demand from industrial and domestic customers.
The project is being delivered by SP Electricity North West, with our trusted partners Network Plus as the appointed contractor.
