Power cuts, planned and emergency

If you have an emergency, we can be contacted on the number below 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Contact us on this number to report power outages, loss of supply, hazardous situations or damage to our equipment.

Our regional coverage

We deliver electricity to 5.1 million people throughout the North West, using 13,000km of overhead lines, 43,000km of underground cables, and 38,000 transformers.
