We are here to answer any queries or requests you have, 24hours a day, 7 days a week. There are a number of ways you can contact us, depending on your query or request:

Power cut

To check if there is a fault in your area, enter your postcode here or  to report a power cut, call us on 105 (0800 195 4141). For updates on power cuts in your area or to report a power cut, you can contact us on Twitter or Facebook.

Who is my supplier?

We operate the local power network and provide power to your home but we are not your supplier. If you would like to find out who your supplier is, you can use our quick find search tool 'Who is my supplier' on our homepage (top right).

Connections queries

If you require a new connection, service alteration, diversion or if you to find out about generation, all of the information you need can be found here.
Alternatively you can contact our connections team on 0800 048 1820.

Damaged cables

If you wish to report any damaged cables or equipment in your area, please call us immediately on 0800 195 4141. 

Arrange cut out appointment

If you have received a letter from us requesting access to your home to replace your cut-out (main fuse in your home) please call us on 0800 072 7019 to arrange a suitable time for one of our engineers to complete this work.

Complaints, compliments or general enquiries         

If you have a general enquiry or would like to send us a complaint or compliment, please fill in our online contact form. 

Report fraud

If you know someone who has tampered with their meter or is attempting to defraud their electricity supplier or Electricity North West, please report it to us by filling in this form.
