Installing one to four new domestic connections or a small commercial connection up to 60kVA?

We install thousands of new connections each year and we pride ourselves on delivering a world class customer service. We understand that for most new connections getting it right first time is vital to your project delivering on time and to budget.

With this in mind we promise to make the process as easy as possible by commiting to:

  • ensure you have a dedicated point of contact throughout
  • provide a tailored quotation usually within no more than 10 days
  • visit you at your property to support you when you need us
  • honour your quotation for six months - so you don't need to pay until you are ready for the work
  • install your new supply within 20 working days of payment (subject to you being ready on site)
  • proactively contact you throughout to check we are doing a good job.
