Questionnaire for kids

This is your opportunity to let us know what you think!

However you engage with us, your views and opinions are essential. By answering the following ‘quick questions’ you will help us in understanding what is important to you. Power cuts can happen during any part of the day or night. What should our approach to night-time working be when only small numbers of customers, fewer than 10, are without power?

Growing trees have a major impact on our power lines and we cut them regularly to minimise the chance they will cause disruption in big storms. What should our approach be in this area?

Metal theft is a major and growing problem for our network and is extremely dangerous for the criminals, our people and very occasionally the public. What should our approach be to metal theft?
