CDCM submission August 2009

On 25 August 2009, the fourteen distribution licensees as Distribution Service Providers collectively submitted to Ofgem the documents attached below which make up the Common Distribution Charging Methodology (CDCM) package. This in accordance with Licence Condition 50 of the Standard Licence Condition under which licensees are obliged to submit a CDCM by 1 September 2009.

CDCM Derogation Application Letter – 01 October 2009

Electricity North West submitted the modification proposal to Ofgem which was non-vetoed on 22 January 2010 which seeks to introduce interim EHV Charging Methodologies for demand and distribution generation for April 2010.

Electricity North West is proposing to roll forward the existing methodologies for a single year only and these methodologies will be applied until the introduction of the EHV Common Distribution Methodology in April 2011.
