Metering needs
Electricity North West do not install meters at your property, we do provide you with the Meter Point Administration Number, otherwise known as a MPAN. This number when provided to your supplier will provide them with the information to arrange the installation of your meters.
Your MPAN number is only available following acceptance of any new connection quotation; this will be provided within 5 working days following receipt of the registered postal address of the property. If you have a query over your MPAN please contact us on 0800 048 1820 option 4.
If you have not appointed an Electricity Supplier and you are looking for independent information please see www.direct.gov.uk.
All future billing issues associated to the meter will be deal with by your Electricity Supplier.
