    Developing our 2016-17 plans

    We developed our plans using feedback from stakeholders throughout the year. To find more details about our previous events and summary reports of your feedback click here. We issued and promoted online surveys requesting feedback on our proposed plans in February and again in March 2016. Our work plans were updated and refined following feedback that we received during this consultation.

    Customer satisfaction survey

    In line with our commitments in our ICE Forward Plans 2015-16 we set up monthly online satisfaction surveys with our Distributed Generation customers. Our survey is automatically sent to contacts who have recently applied for a DG connection. Results for 2016-17 are available to view here.

    Update on released capacity:
    We identified a small number of customers who are not using the total capacity contracted to them. We contacted eight customers and requested they release any unused capacity. Of the eight we contacted one agreed to release capacity (approximately 200kW), three others responded with queries abut decided not to release capacity.
