Does the site have existing connections? If yes you will also need to complete section 11.

Please indicate the preferred position of where you will be having your meter

Section 8 - Standard housing connection

Are you applying for a standard housing connection for one property with no generation connected?

Please note: Maximum supply for a standard domestic property is 20 kVA (Restrictions may apply)
