This year we've launched our third customer awareness advertising campaign which will run until the end of January. We're using adverts across the region on the radio, on buses, online, and on social media. You can also see our responsive weather ads online during severe weather.
We're giving customers the chance to learn more about the different things we power and the people that make it happen. The campaign features ‘we power the network that powers your day’ film, radio and digital adverts and a second video to find out ‘what children think about electricity’.
There’s also a chance to meet the people that power your day with new staff profiles online and across social media.
We want to you to know that we're here 24/7, working to keep the power running. And we're ready for action if anything happens. It’s even easier to contact us now on the new free national number, 105, which you can call if you experience a power cut.
