Accessing downloadable files

We provide many help guides and other documentation on this website as PDF files.  Adobe Reader software is the global standard for electronic document sharing. It is the only PDF file viewer that can open and interact with all PDF documents and we recommend it's use for viewing these file types.

If you do not already have a PDF Reader you can download one directly from the Adobe website.

Our policy

Many internet users with disabilities find websites difficult or even impossible to use simply because of the way they are designed.
