Your Benefits

Welcome to Electricity North West’s 2017 Flexible Benefits Year.

Electricity North West flexible benefit scheme allows you as an employee to select and shape your benefits to meet your individual circumstances and at the same time make valuable tax and National Insurance savings.

Apart from Childcare vouchers (see section below) the benefits on offer are available on an annual basis with selection and de-selection only available in the event of a lifestyle change. For further details on life event changes please contact [email protected].

The 2017 benefit year runs from 1 April 2017 – 31 March 2018.

Childcare Vouchers

You can if you wish use the Flexible Benefits window to apply for childcare vouchers but this benefit is open all year round to apply so please don't wait if you're interested - start saving today! Just contact our HR Services team. Childcare vouchers FAQs are also available.

How to make your 2017 choices:

Letters confirming the Flexible Benefits available will be sent out from 13 January 2017 which will have an Annual Enrolment form enclosed.
 
It is important that all completed Annual Enrolment forms are returned to [email protected] by the agreed closing date (17 February 2017). If you miss this enrolment period, in line with HMRC guidelines, you may, for some benefits, be required to wait until next year to participate.

You can either post the hard copy to us with your manager's signature, or send the form to us electronically, we will accept your managers email as confirmation of their agreement. Please speak with your manager and agree the method you will use to avoid duplication.
